An exciting twelve month FTC opportunity has arisen for an experienced, personable EA to provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the C-Suite.
I am looking for someone that is looking for an EA role in which they can get involved with the day to day business i.e. project work, someone that has excellent commercial experience with a positive "can do" personality.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and processing highly confidential/sensitive information and documents of a business or personal nature.
Provides extensive inbox management duties in relation to the C-Suite Member.
Responsible for responding and/or making certain diary decisions on the C-Suite’s behalf and using good judgement to delegate tasks to the appropriate individual.
Responsible for complex diary management. Liaising heavily at all levels including managing ever-changing schedules.
Planning, booking and managing complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
Co-ordinating and arranging internal and external meetings.
Provision of all meeting preparation collateral and briefings with direct reports and external contacts.
Building and developing strong relationships with the C-Suite, ExCo and senior stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Maintaining excellent working relationships at all levels with other colleagues and Directorates within the Company and externally.
Managing expenses and other administration as required.
Managing all incoming and outgoing paperwork and correspondence.
Providing full support at various internal and external meetings including preparing paperwork, quick production of comprehensive minutes and arranging teleconference facilities.
Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors.
Working in a team with the other Executive Assistants to provide cover as required.

Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience of working as a PA/EA at a senior level
Ideally experience supporting multiple senior individuals
Knowledge of office procedures
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel and Word.
Highly organised and able to manage a broad range of responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills
