​Account Based Marketer – Global Enterprise

 

We are looking for a strategic, dynamic and creative Account Based Marketer to join the Marketing Team in UK&I. An ABM expert who has a track record of creating, delivering and executing impactful ABM programs to profile, drive awareness, build solid relationships and create qualified pipe from a strategic set of TOP Accounts.

 

Working for this leading SaaS you will be part of a dynamic team deliver campaigns in to strategic accounts You will have substantial experience developing and executing new Account Based Marketing strategies and programs to a set of complex, global Enterprise organisations.


Must be an innovative and strategic thinker with a passion and enthusiasm for the marketing discipline and with knowledge of how to approach account based marketing from 1:1 and 1:few to scale 1:many programs. They should understand how ABM fits into a wider marketing ecosystem and have the requisite experience to help bring highly targeted, consistent and integrated programs alive across all levels of the business. The successful candidate will take full ownership of their business area whilst not being afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in.

* Work with leadership, industry leaders, cloud sales teams, senior sales and executive stakeholders and colleagues within the marketing team to research, develop and execute strategic Account Based Marketing plans for a selected set of accounts focused on meeting pipeline goals, generating ROI, increasing engagement, building relationships across C-Suite and senior business decision makers in alignment with sales priorities
* Work with the content team to create unique account based value propositions and content that will differentiate us, resonate with the audience and generate engagement
* Drive organisational profiling, demand generation, consideration and awareness tactics across the funnel for the account set leveraging an effective mix of tactics
* Collaborate across the entire marketing and product marketing teams (creative, content, customer success, digital, strategic events, PR, operations, etc) to ensure quality and timely execution, measurement and communication across all stakeholders , across all internal & external marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to: events, email, direct mail, digital, partner activity, hospitality, social
* Ensure the business is positioned effectively and is incorporated in all sets of activity and engagement
* Manage own metrics and optimise campaigns for effectiveness and results, while tracking and monitoring engagements, contact relationships, pipeline numbers, top deals, ACV attainment and other key data points
* Ability to utilise technology, eg. dashboards to monitor results and understand key performing programs across the mix. Monitor efficacy, cost, and ROI of programs, presenting findings, and implement enhancements to maximise growth potential and results
* Identify, engage and manage 3rd party agency resources, to deliver outstanding, differentiated campaigns that engage the customer and are in line with Salesforce positioning and values
* Communicate effectively and manage communications to key stakeholders across all levels of the business, ensuring alignment and their support
* Work with customers and partners to showcase their innovative use of product technologies through events, case studies and video

Required Skills & Experience

* Substantial ABM marketing experience in a role managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (ie. executive programs, events, industry demand gen, digital campaigns, print, online and /or social media) especially in a I:1 or 1:Few capacity
* Substantial experience developing and executing new ABM marketing strategies and programs to a set of complex, global Enterprise organisations
* Proven experience in tracking ABM campaigns, measuring associated revenue and ROI and optimising campaigns to increase results. Experience in use of ABM technology also preferred.
* Substantial experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, allocating and optimising spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results
* Substantial experience partnering with sales and senior business executives internally as well as with customers/prospects to deliver results.
* Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
* Strong communication skills including story telling with PowerPoint, Google docs, data crunching with Excel, use of salesforce (http://salesforce.com/), etc.
* Familiarity with Folloze a bonus
* Bachelor degree
