​We are looking for a dynamic and creative social media expert, to join the UKI Digital and Social Marketing team. The UKI Social Media Manager will be instrumental in our core objective of driving brand awareness and engagement through a drumbeat of social media and blog content, which tells the full story and builds brand affinity and health.

The main focus of this role will be the end-to-end strategy and management of the UKI’s social media platforms, blog and employee advocacy programme, including content marketing and creation, influencer programmes and measuring performance.

We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative, who can jump right in, taking responsibility for their programmes’ success and quickly building relationships with their key stakeholders, to ensure social media support across the UKI business.

Main responsibilities will include:

Social Media Channel Strategy and Management:

* In partnership with our Digital Marketing team, planning a social media marketing strategy for our core social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram) which supports UKI company and marketing objectives.

* Liaise with social media agency to manage community engagement and working with internal stakeholders in case of crisis comms, customer service issues or sales enquiries.

* Ensure branding and creative elements are up to date and compliant for every channel.

* Build out strategies which grow our followers and drive engagement with fans

* Working with our social media agency to develop and grow our influencer programme: identifying key external influencers for to engage and work with, as well as helping our key executives to build and develop their own social profiles and influence.

* Using Salesforce tools and dashboards, measure performance and ROI across all elements of the social media channel, identifying areas for improvement and for additional investment

Social Media & Blog Content:

* Work with our social media agency to plan and execute a weekly rolling content calendar across all social media channels which embodies our values of Trust, Innovation, Customer Success and Equality.

* Work with our content agency to plan and execute regular blog write-ups to amplify the brand in UKI, showcasing leadership editorials, event highlights, customer stories and employee articles to reach key UK&I go-to-market industries

* Drive consistency and quality of creative assets and branded content which portray us as a world-class brand

* Attending key events throughout the year (e.g. World Tour, Dreamforce, large third party events) to film and create content to share on our social channels and blog, to build on the reach and impact of the events

* Liaise with internal stakeholders across campaigns, PR, Employee Brand, Government Affairs, Partners, Customer Marketing, UKI Execs etc. to tell the full story and help to amplify the brand

Employee Advocacy:

Promote and develop our internal UKI Social Ambassador Programme, including:

* Drive employee usage and best practice sharing across the region

* Adding and maintaining content in social ambassador tool.

* Manage all social sharing links for internal stakeholders

* Monthly usage and impact reporting

* Driving tool adoption across business through enablement sessions.

Reporting:

* In partnership with social media agency, ensure consistent monthly reporting is gathered and shared back with relevant stakeholders to share insights and ROI

* Utilise Google Analytics to establish social media and blog KPIs linked to website traffic

* Manage campaign tracking and creation for social media lead-gen initiatives

*Required Skills & Experience:*

* 5+ years experience in a role managing the end to end social media and blog strategy, including content marketing, stakeholder and agency management, budgeting and measuring performance

* Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence. Experience of running a team is a plus, but not essential, as this role would be an individual contributor, but as part of the UKI Marketing team

* Experience with Salesforce products, including Social Studio, an advantage; also Kapost, Adobe Experience Manager, Word Press and Google Analytics

* Proven track record in performing well in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment, managing multiple projects effectively

* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including story telling with PowerPoint, Google docs, data crunching with Excel, use of Salesforce products etc.

* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and great at anticipating what’s needed
