​As a Senior UX Architect you will be responsible for scoping user workflows, liaising with BAs, CTO and product owners to produce prototype wireframes, attend scrum ceremonies, and work with the Devs to ensure complete coverage of the initial design.

Responsibilities:

Lead UX activities across projects

Liaising with BA’s, CTO, Dev Tech Lead(s), and product owners to produce; Wireframes, User workflows, Sitemaps, Storyboards and concept diagrams, UX aspects of user stories

Impart UX knowledge and experience with the team

Enforce best practice UX solutions

Production and presentation of UX Research artefacts

Be involved in UAT to ensure UX is per design

The successful person will have:

Significant experience in UX Research, UX Architecture

Comprehensive understanding of UX process and methods

Proven experience with wireframe design and prototyping

Understands accessibility requirements and practices

Agile environment knowledge and experience

Experience of developing UX solutions for websites and APIs

Have worked directly with BAs, developers, POs and other roles in a multi-disciplinary team

Experience presenting UX research task findings

Experience and ability to communicate confidently with leadership and stakeholders

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

UX evangelist

Strong attention to detail

Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Collaborative and engaging team member

A motivated individual able to work independently

Stays current and proficient in user-centred design techniques and UX methodologies

Previous work experience within the logistics industry

Knowledge of coding is an advantage (you will not be required to code)

Experience with Axure, Miro, and Visio
