We are looking for an experience administrator with Operations experience to work with this successful film and camera production company. You will be involved in all aspects of the operations full training will be given on their systems and processes. If you have the desire, you could also have the opportunity longer term to assist in streamlining systems and developing new processes.

Job Activities

Duties to include, but not limited to:-

• Responsible for handling telephone, email etc.

• Organise travel arrangements for staff as required

• Arrange freelance/subcontract labour

• Creating Purchase Orders

• Arrange hire/supplier equipment if necessary

• Collation of PO’s to Invoices

• Stationery orders

• Job sheet preparation to enable invoicing

• Assisting with Credit Control

• The use of customer portals to upload required documentation

• Clerical assistance with Method statement and Risk assessment preparation and submittals

• Assisting Directors with health and safety compliance, ensuring full roll out of policies and procedure.

• Compiling and updating employee records

• Review and approval of employee timesheets weekly

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Overtime, Absences, etc)

• Assist with the recruitment of candidates

• Office facilities coordination/support

• Vehicle fleet management

Essential Requirements (Mandatory)

• Ability to work on own initiative

• Good telephone manner

• Flexible in job approach

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work to deadlines under pressure

• Work as a team member within a small busy organisation

• Computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel

• Excellent organisational skills

• Strong communications skills

• HQ Office, Frimley Surrey

• Office Hours Flexible: Requirement of 15 hours per week with a minimum attendance at any one time 3 hrs between the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
