​The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for planning, execution and the management of online campaigns and for growing the digital media efforts in EMEA.

The role will require experience of digital awareness advertising and lead generation tactics.

It would be to work across display (direct and programmatic), paid social, and content partnerships.

This role will develop new campaigns and identify opportunities to scale where possible in alignment with the strategic needs of the region.

This position requires an experienced digital media practitioner who can be responsible for large scale awareness campaigns, driving performance and best practice across all digital media (excl. search which is managed separately).

The candidate would need to understand awareness measurement metrics and have a deep understanding of cross channel digital media planning (offline may also be required at times).

The ideal candidate will also have agency management experience. The candidate will need to be a self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to successfully collaborate with a range of International internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with planning and reporting across EMEA

 Work closely with the EMEA Field marketing team to translate marketing goals into digital objectives and ensure advertising needs specific to each market are delivered while also ensuring alignment to the larger business needs of the company

 Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams, functional units (Customer success, Campaigns teams, PR, Academic, Product Management, etc.)

 Work closely with digital global Audience leads and their teams to deliver best performing lead generation plans across display, social and syndicated content partners

 Responsibility for managing the agency EMEA media planning and buying across social, display and content partnerships

 Work with agency to manage content syndication and lead gen programs including guaranteed lead programs, webinar promotion, sponsorships, whitepapers and lead management

 Research new direct partners to enable Tableau to achieve digital campaign goals

 Monitor the EMEA performance and relevancy of the global Programmatic programmes

 Work closely with global teams and EMEA campaign teams to deliver global and regional awareness campaigns

 Coordinate with other channel leads in APAC and USCA to share learnings

 Analyse and report on paid media KPIs, derive performance insights from weekly dashboards, and represent performance in executive reviews

 Provide ongoing reporting to stakeholders and cross functional partners, and develop actionable insights and test and learn approach to new initiatives

 Help define and execute our landing page optimization strategy, the best customer journeys, working in conjunction with our Marketing Operations team and Web Team

 Recommend and manage the localisation requirements for landing pages and advertising creative

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

 Strong familiarity with relevant Tech B2B media vendors and experience building demand gen focused media plans and awareness plans for a range of company segments and audiences

 Strong digital planning experience, especially for brand awareness, with a deep understanding of key KPI’s, tracking through the sales funnels and of awareness advertising metrics

 Experience working across EMEA markets – UK and Ireland, France, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Nordics, Benelux, Southern Europe (Italy, Iberia), South Africa, Middle East, Mediterranean and Central Eastern Europe

 Details orientated and deadline drive with excellent budget management experience, working with million-dollar budgets with impeccable accuracy

 Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks

 Strong implementation experience for paid social, programmatic display, and display direct buys

 Experience interpreting data from a variety of media platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, FB Power Editor, Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, YouTube, etc.) to make solid business recommendations

 Experience with Eloqua or other similar marketing automation programs

 Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)

 Strong powerpoint, excel skills required, Tableau skills a plus

 Excellent written and oral communication skills

 Able to shift seamlessly between highly strategic and highly tactical work streams

 Basic Paid Search and SEO knowledge and website optimization experience
