Digital Analyst Channels Operations As a Digital Channels Operations, you will support a wide range of tactics on our digital marketing team, as well as other key projects. You will help to consolidate EMEA & UKI digital channels operations & governance and elevate our measurement capabilities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-departmental teams in supporting program launches, promotional activities, and assist the day-to-day needs of Salesforce multi-channel digital marketing efforts. *Responsibilities* Provide support across our online marketing tactics, including paid marketing, as well as audience management and marketing automation. Deliver a broad range of insights/analysis across digital channels (Search, Social, Email marketing) and monitor competitors performances. Analyses complex business problems using data from internal and external sources and provide actionable insight to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance Support day-to-day campaign optimisation, lead flow, reporting and communication Help drive the definition and requirements for new datasets and dashboards that will give stakeholders visibility into digital channels performance. Communicate often, effectively and cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution Drive process automation & streamlined reporting to improve team efficiency wherever possible *Skills And Experience* Prefered 2-3 years professional experience in online marketing and/or campaign management. Comfortable with deadlines, deliverables, and juggling multiple projects. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, process-oriented. Strong analytical and communication skills, a natural team player Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Past experience in using Salesforce, marketing analytics, and/or other marketing tools related to Demand Gen (AdWords, marketing automation, DMP, etc.) Demonstrated knowledge of statistics and data analysis. Demonstrated ability to extract business insights from large datasets and use them to drive business change. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
