​Our client is a global household name within the Entertainment industry and is looking to add someone with an administrative support background to work in the play team who respond to all customer service-related queries from Consumers, Stores and Distribution partners

Some duties to include:

• Manage administrative tasks such as tournament approvals, store registration, and other team administrative tasks

• Manage first line support for customers, stores and distributors

• Update store and Program List on the website and provide support for other web/social media articles to be provided for users

• Coordinate logistics for Organised Play activities

• Coordinate implementation of Organised Play activities Events with Organised Play Partners, and directly to stores

• Assist with documentation creation, proofreading, and distribution for Organised Play managed activities

• Manage day to day operations with Distributors and directly with stores

• Assist with administration of qualified player lists

• Provide reports on the activity of Organised Play programs

• Assist sales branches with local-level activities

Skils my client is looking for you to have:

• Strong administrative experience using Excel & other Microsoft packages

• Can demonstrate high levels of focus and attention to detail in a busy environment

• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, while working to tight deadlines

• Positive customer service approach

• Experience working with different teams, disciplines and communication styles

• Advanced control over the English language (written and spoken)

• Strong knowledge, and enthusiasm for the gaming industry
