The successful candidate will provide general administration support to three Heads of Department, including informal meeting minute taking and minutes production, compiling reports, financial administration, organisational support and adhoc items as required.
Provide administrative support in respect of the day-to-day operations.
Performs regular reporting activities as required including set monthly reporting assistance.
Support financial processing and administration in a timely manner as required.
Complete Purchase Orders when required.
Take minutes and circulate to attendees - short hand experience is not required.
Support general communications internally.
Support project administration as and when required across the department which may involve focused period of activity for particular projects
Maintains and enhances an excellent working relationship at all levels with other colleagues and new / existing Stakeholders both internally and externally.
Pro-actively seeks out opportunities to enhance department performance through administrative functionality, efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong relationship management skills.
Excellent organisation and time management skills. An efficient multi- tasker with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, with a sharp eye for accuracy.
Confident user of Microsoft Office products.
Experience undertaking administration in a corporate setting.
